Key Responsibilities
- Develop, review, and maintain detailed test plans, test strategies, and test cases.
- Execute manual testing across multiple applications and business processes.
- Identify, document, track, and retest defects through to resolution.
- Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Developers, Project Managers, and business stakeholders.
- Validate functional and non-functional requirements.
- Participate in test planning, test execution, defect triage, and test reporting activities.
- Ensure quality standards are met prior to deployment.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities where required.
- Maintain testing documentation and provide regular status updates.
- 3–5+ years of experience in Manual Testing.
- Strong experience writing test plans, test scenarios, and detailed test cases.
- Experience using testing and defect management tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps, HP ALM, TestRail or similar).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to understand technical solutions and translate business requirements into test cases.
- Experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall delivery environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience testing IBM Maximo applications.
- Previous experience within construction, engineering, utilities, or asset management environments.
