Are you a detail-oriented Systems Analyst with experience in GRC tools and a passion for translating complex business requirements into functional solutions?
We are seeking a motivated and proactive Systems Analyst to support the successful delivery of a Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) implementation within ServiceNow as part of a major transformation program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Elicit, document, and analyse business and functional requirements for the GRC tool implementation.
- Define current and future state processes, identify gaps, and provide solution analysis.
- Ensure traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate closely with technical teams to validate that requirements are accurately translated into solution design.
- Support unit testing, change impact assessments, and user-centred design activities.
- Assist test and change management teams and contribute to sprint and release planning.
- 5–10 years' experience in business or systems analysis, ideally within the superannuation or financial services sector.
- Solid experience with GRC implementations, ideally in ServiceNow.
- Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Teams.
- Proven ability to engage and collaborate with a broad range of stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- IIBA or Agile Business Analyst certifications (e.g., ECBA, CCBA, PMI-ACP).
- Experience delivering regulatory or compliance-related change.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms and enterprise workflows.
