We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Retail Business Analyst to join our team. This role is responsible for partnering with business stakeholders and technology teams to deliver high-quality solutions that enhance retail operations, customer experience, and business performance.
Working within an Agile environment, you will gather and analyse business requirements, facilitate workshops, document processes, and support the successful delivery of strategic initiatives across our retail business. You will play a key role in translating business needs into actionable requirements while ensuring solutions align with organisational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand, document, and validate business requirements.
  • Analyse current retail processes and identify opportunities for improvement and optimisation.
  • Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and requirements-gathering sessions.
  • Produce clear and comprehensive business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps, and functional documentation.
  • Work closely with Product Owners, Project Managers, Developers, QA teams, and business users throughout the delivery lifecycle.
You are a collaborative Business Analyst with strong analytical and communication skills who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment. You enjoy solving business problems, engaging stakeholders, and delivering practical, customer-focused solutions.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst within a retail or omnichannel environment.
  • Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and ways of working.
  • Hands-on experience using Jira and Confluence for backlog management, documentation, and project collaboration.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to produce accurate, high-quality documentation.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience with POS, eCommerce, CRM, ERP, inventory, or merchandising systems.
  • Knowledge of retail operations and customer journeys.
