About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Service Desk Analyst to join our construction client on a short-term contract. This role will provide first-level IT support to users, ensuring smooth operations across Windows 11 environments. You will be supporting staff with day-to-day IT issues and troubleshooting requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1 IT support for end users, including hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
- Manage and resolve incidents via phone, email, and in person.
- Support Windows 11 operating system setup, configuration, and issue resolution.
- Escalate complex issues to second-level support or vendors as required.
- Document issues, resolutions, and maintain service desk logs.
- Provide excellent customer service and clear communication to staff at all levels.
- Proven experience working in a Service Desk/IT Support role.
- Hands-on experience with Windows 11 environments (essential).
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
- Previous exposure to construction industry environments will be highly regarded.
- Duration: 1 month, possible extension
- Work arrangement: 4 days office/ week
