Our client is a leading healthcare organisation undergoing significant transformation and growth. With recent organisational changes including mergers, demergers and acquisitions, they are seeking an experienced Service Delivery Lead to ensure stable, high-quality IT service operations across the business.
Role Overview
The Service Delivery Lead (Only female candidate) will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end IT service delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives and maintaining strong stakeholder engagement across clinical and corporate functions.
This role requires strong IT Service Management (ITSM) expertise and proven experience working within the healthcare sector .
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage IT service delivery operations across the organisation
- Conduit between Healthscope and the other hospitals.
- Drive ITSM best practices (Incident, Problem, Change, Release & Service Level Management)
- Ensure SLAs and KPIs are met and continuously improved
- Manage vendor relationships and third-party service providers
- Lead service transition activities related to mergers, demergers and acquisitions
- Collaborate with executive leadership, clinical stakeholders and technology teams
- Oversee risk, compliance and governance requirements within healthcare regulations
- Provide leadership and mentoring to Service Delivery teams
- Proven experience as a Service Delivery Lead / IT Service Delivery Manager
- Strong hands-on experience with ITSM frameworks (ITIL certification highly desirable)
- Mandatory experience within the Healthcare industry
- Demonstrated experience managing IT service transition during mergers, demergers or acquisitions
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience managing vendors and outsourced service providers
- Ability to operate in complex, regulated environments
