We’re partnering with a leading organisation delivering a complex transformation program and are seeking a Senior Technical Business Analyst to play a key role in driving integration and testing success.

This is a hands-on role suited to a detail-oriented BA who excels at translating business needs into clear, testable user stories that underpin high-quality system delivery.

The Role Working closely with business stakeholders, Process BAs, and delivery teams, you will define end-to-end user stories that support Systems Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

You’ll ensure requirements are well-structured, traceable, and aligned to real business processes — enabling the testing team to plan and execute with confidence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Elicit and document requirements as high-quality user stories using a consistent framework
  • Define clear, concise acceptance criteria to ensure all stories are testable
  • Maintain end-to-end traceability between user stories, business processes, and test cases
  • Track requirements across the full lifecycle from elicitation through to delivery
  • Collaborate closely with SIT teams to clarify requirements and expected outcomes
  • Review and validate test cases to ensure alignment with defined user stories
  • Support and guide stakeholders through User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Partner with Process BAs and business leads to ensure stories reflect real-world scenarios
About You:
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst within complex, hybrid delivery environments
  • Strong expertise in writing user stories and acceptance criteria for integration and testing
  • Demonstrated experience supporting SIT and UAT phases
  • Skilled in maintaining traceability across the requirements lifecycle
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills
  • Strong communication skills — both written and verbal
  • Highly methodical, detail-oriented, and structured in your approach
  • Calm, pragmatic, and able to operate independently in fast-paced environments
What's on offer?
  • $900 - $950 p/d (including super)
  • 6-month contract, high liklihood of extenison
  • Nearby Melbourne CBD location (3-4 days p/w in office)
