We are seeking an experienced Senior Security Business Analyst to join our Security Program team. You will work closely with the Security Program Director across a variety of security projects, including PI data scanning, Active Directory hardening, security vulnerabilities scanning, and hardening initiatives.
This role requires a hands-on analyst who can lead requirements gathering, manage stakeholders effectively, support project delivery, and communicate complex security concepts clearly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead requirements gathering and documentation for security projects
- Manage stakeholder relationships and communications with high EQ
- Support delivery of security initiatives, including PI data scanning, AD hardening, and vulnerability management
- Adapt communication style based on stakeholder needs and project context
- Act as a self-starter within a dynamic security program
- Proven experience working on security-related projects
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Level-headed, adaptable, and able to navigate complex situations
- High emotional intelligence (EQ) and strong situational awareness
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach
- Be part of a strategic security program shaping organisational security practices
