About the role-
Position Description: Salesforce Technical design lead
Contract Duration: 6 Months
Hybrid -2 -3 days p/w office
Responsibilities:
The Salesforce Technical Design Lead will play a key role providing design and thought leadership on the development and delivery of solutions for the Education Cloud platform. Ensuring that the solutions maximise the value from the investment in Education Cloud, the use of the industries components and configuration over code will be essential.
Experience/Skills:
- 5+ years enterprise-level experience as a Salesforce Tech Design Lead / Senior Developer with at least one Salesforce Industries Cloud, Omnistudio, Salesforce Community Cloud, building and designing of Omniscripts, Flexcards, Integration Procedures, Lightning Pages, Lightning Web Components, APIs, Apex, and triggers.
- Salesforce Industries, Sales, Service, Analytics, Experience Cloud experience.
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud knowledge and experience.
- Experience in understanding and applying Salesforce Education data models (Education Data Architecture or Education Cloud).
- Track record of identification and recommendation of Salesforce based solutions and related implementation architecture enabling future scale-out.
- Proven ability to form deliverable and practical solutions, guiding Salesforce developers.
- Experience in an Agile/Scrum organisation working across multiple scrum teams.
- Salesforce Education Cloud Consultant Certification
- Experience working across large higher education organisations.
