About the Role
As the Release & Environment Manager, you'll play a key role in coordinating environment provisioning, managing releases, and ensuring controlled and compliant software deployments. You'll collaborate with stakeholders across development, testing, and operations to support both planned and fast-tracked releases.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and facilitate releases across multiple environments (Dev, QA, SIT, UAT, Prod).
- Maintain environment consistency and quality deployment practices.
- Manage release readiness criteria and change control processes.
- Support CI/CD and DevOps initiatives using GitLab/GitHub and Salesforce DX.
- Partner with delivery and tech leads to resolve deployment and branching issues.
- Participate in CAB meetings and Go/No-Go decisions.
- Demonstrated experience in release and environment management in enterprise settings.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and SDLC.
- Familiarity with GitLab/GitHub, Salesforce AppExchange, and configuration tools.
- Agile and DevOps experience.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification
- Experience with GitLab/GitHub pipelines and Salesforce
