Are you a commercially savvy procurement professional with a passion for technology sourcing? We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager (Technology) to join our team on a contract basis and take the lead on critical sourcing initiatives across our technology portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end sourcing initiatives for various technology categories.
- Develop and manage RFx processes (RFP, RFI, RFQ), including drafting, issuing, and evaluating responses.
- Conduct commercial negotiations to deliver optimal outcomes for the business.
- Oversee contract renewals and manage vendor agreements throughout their lifecycle.
- Review and analyse contractual documentation to identify risks and opportunities.
- Maintain best-practice contract management and governance.
- Provide sound commercial advice to stakeholders, responding promptly to inquiries.
- Drive improvements in procurement processes and support internal teams with sourcing strategies.
- Respond quickly and effectively to urgent sourcing and commercial RFx requests from project teams.
- Build and nurture collaborative relationships with strategic technology vendors.
Skills & Experience:
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of successful negotiations.
- Previous experience in Technology procurement and vendor management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to engage and influence a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Knowledge of contract management principles and risk assessment.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Collaborative mindset with a focus on achieving commercial outcomes.
