Our Healthcare client is looking for an experienced Patient Applications Analyst in Melbourne on contract basis to p
erform proactive maintenance, troubleshooting and problem resolution services for Patient Applications.
About the role-
Responsibilities:
- Triage, investigation & resolution of support calls assigned to Patient Applications Team within agreed SLAs
- Liaise with software vendors to log, escalate and follow-up problems that require software fix.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience working with Patient Administration Systems
- Experience within a large distributed organisation operating a 24 x 7 real time transaction environment.
- Experience with the following software systems: webPAS, eAdmissions,
- Experience with the following skills: SQL Server, Oracle Server, Printers
- Experience working in a healthcare environment
- Good Microsoft Office and desktop skills
