Role & Responsibilities
- Office Management
- Run the office in person Monday to Wednesday in the office (8.30am – 4.30pm), note one day wfh on a Thursday to focus on none Office based tasks
- Arrange a calendar of events for internal employees i.e. birthdays, annual recognition, annual functions including taking actions to plan these events and communicate about them
- Liaise with Directors to plan office space utilisation i.e. arranging events with partners
- Liaise with external key contacts i.e. suppliers and companies we support for example discussing software or phone agreement contract
- Maintain a register and organise tech kit for each team member i.e. laptops and phones
- Executive Assistant
- Diary Management for one Director (most appointments)
- Arrange HR meetings and outcomes for another Director
- Communicate daily with all Directors to check in via text
- Contractor administration
- Creates and monitor contracts as and when required
- Maintain contract records to ensure compliance
- Office administrative and management tasks (e.g. responding to emails, scheduling meetings, bookings, reporting etc.)
- Communication management tasks
- LinkedIn posts for the company
- Engage your stakeholders with weekly outcome driven reports
- At the start of the month send a monthly overview of key events and actions taken

Experience Required
- 5+ years proven experience in a similar role
- Ability to work across varying/changing tasks
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, vendors and suppliers
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
