Network Engineer (Contract)

We’re seeking an experienced Network Engineer to join our team on a 2–3 month contract with an immediate start. This role will see you supporting a major network migration project , working hands-on with HP Aruba and Cisco technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver network migration activities across HP Pro and Cisco environments
• Configure, troubleshoot, and optimise routing, switching, and VPN solutions
• Work with firewalls (Fortinet) and ensure secure, clear network paths
• Provide L3 support and hands-on configuration across a range of technologies
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery

• 6–7 years’ networking experience
• CCNA / CCNP certification (or equivalent)
• Strong experience with HP Aruba (routing & switching)
• Cisco networking exposure
• VPN and VPN tunnelling expertise
• Switching and configuration knowledge
• Understanding of 802.1 protocols
• Experience with Fortinet firewalls
• Network migration project experience highly regarded

• Duration: 2–3 months (with potential to extend)
• Location: 4 days in office / 1 day remote
• Immediate start
• Must have driver’s licence and own car
