Our Construction client is seeking an experienced Technical Network Business Analyst to play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering a migration strategy for a major SD-WAN project. Working closely with internal technical teams and an external vendor (DELL), you’ll gather requirements, map out the approach, and piece together the strategy to ensure a seamless transition.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with technical teams and vendors to define the SD-WAN migration strategy
Conduct in-depth requirements gathering and documentation
Work with multiple vendors (Netskope, Cisco) to align technical and business needs
Facilitate workshops and meetings to ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions
Pull together technical and business documentation to support project delivery

Ideal Background

Proven BA capability in technology-driven projects
Experience in network infrastructure or architecture-related work
Hands-on involvement in SD-WAN, Netskope, or Cisco projects
Ability to bridge business requirements and technical execution
Strong documentation and communication skills
