About the Role
You’ll play a key part in implementing HubSpot across the organisation, migrating data from the legacy CRM, optimising processes, and ensuring a smooth transition for all users. Working closely with stakeholders across sales, marketing, and operations, you’ll design, configure, and deploy a HubSpot environment tailored to the business’s needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end implementation and migration to HubSpot CRM.
- Manage data mapping, cleansing, and migration from the legacy CRM.
- Configure and customise HubSpot modules, workflows, and automations.
- Integrate HubSpot with other business systems and third-party tools.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and analytics to drive insights.
- Provide training, documentation, and support to internal teams.
- Partner with stakeholders to align HubSpot functionality with business processes.
- Proven experience leading HubSpot CRM implementations and migrations.
- Strong understanding of CRM architecture, workflows, and integrations.
- Ability to translate business requirements into practical CRM solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- HubSpot certifications and API/integration experience highly regarded.
