We are seeking an experienced Senior HRIS Business Analyst to play a pivotal role in a large-scale HRIS transformation program. Working alongside an experienced Project Manager, you will be instrumental in shaping the solution from planning and discovery through to implementation, testing and hypercare.
This is an opportunity for a seasoned Business Analyst who has worked across the full lifecycle of HRIS implementations and enjoys operating across business process analysis, requirements, data, integrations and stakeholder engagement.

About the Role:
As a key member of the project team, you will help define the scope of the program, analyse current business processes, assess data quality and integration requirements, and ensure the delivered solution meets business needs. You'll work closely with HR, Technology, Solution Architecture, Engineering, vendors and business stakeholders to deliver a successful enterprise-wide HRIS implementation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead discovery workshops and requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders.
  • Map end-to-end HR business processes using Level 4 and Level 5 BPMN standards.
  • Capture and document functional, technical, integration and data requirements.
  • Assess existing HR data, identify gaps and develop data remediation recommendations.
  • Analyse system interfaces and work with engineering teams to assess integration complexity.
  • Partner with Solution Architects and delivery teams to support planning, estimation and solution design.
  • Validate vendor solutions against business requirements and identify functional gaps.
  • Maintain end-to-end traceability of requirements throughout delivery.
  • Support functional testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), cutover planning and go-live activities.
  • Assist with knowledge transfer and support during hypercare to ensure a smooth transition to business-as-usual.
About You:
You are a confident, hands-on Senior Business Analyst with extensive experience delivering enterprise HR technology projects. You are equally comfortable facilitating workshops with senior stakeholders, analysing complex business processes, and working alongside technical teams to solve integration and data challenges.
You'll bring:
  • 15+ years' experience in Business Analysis, ideally within large enterprise transformation programs.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering end-to-end HRIS implementations or major HR technology projects.
  • Strong experience mapping complex business processes using BPMN (Level 4 & Level 5).
  • Experience analysing system integrations and documenting interface specifications.
  • Proven ability to assess data quality, identify gaps and contribute to data migration and remediation planning.
  • Outstanding workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience working across Agile and Waterfall delivery environments.
  • Excellent written documentation and communication skills.
  • Experience using tools such as Azure DevOps, Confluence, Visio, Lucidchart, Miro and Excel.
Highly Regarded:
  • Experience delivering enterprise platform or digital transformation programs.
  • Exposure to large-scale system integrations and platform migrations.
  • Previous experience working with leading HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Dayforce or UKG.
