What You Will Do
- Lead and manage the Technology Services function, including IT infrastructure, application delivery, and service management.
- Develop and execute IT strategies aligned with business goals and emerging technology trends.
- Drive operational efficiency, governance, and risk management across all technology services.
- Build and lead high-performing teams, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Partner with stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and user-focused technology solutions.
- Manage vendor relationships, budgets, and technology investments to maximize ROI.
- Proven experience in a senior technology leadership role (GM/Head of IT/CTO) with full P&L accountability.
- Strong strategic thinking and hands-on operational experience across IT services, infrastructure, and enterprise applications.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams, driving results in complex environments.
- Experience in vendor management, budgeting, and delivering technology transformation initiatives.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a focus on delivering outcomes.
