About the Role
We are seeking an experienced End User Computing Manager
to lead an EUC team, delivering high-quality technical support and service management for end-user computing devices and applications across the Asia Pacific region.
You will be responsible for managing the lifecycle of all EUC assets – from deployment and configuration to maintenance and decommissioning – across Windows, macOS, iOS, and specialised hardware. This leadership role will see you drive operational excellence, oversee escalations, optimise processes, ensure compliance, and deliver exceptional customer experience for a large, diverse network of stores, warehouses, and offices.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a regional EUC team, fostering innovation, accountability, and customer focus.
- Oversee EUC incidents, problems, and changes to ensure SLA compliance.
- Manage asset lifecycle, licensing, patching, and security compliance.
- Develop and optimise workflows, SOPs, and documentation for service consistency.
- Collaborate with IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver seamless EUC operations.
- Provide strategic direction for EUC in line with business objectives and technology trends.
- Drive process automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
- 5+ years’ experience in a senior IT management role leading technical teams.
- Strong technical expertise across Windows and iOS platforms, O365, SCCM, Intune, and ServiceNow.
- Proven ability to manage escalations, vendors, and multiple concurrent priorities.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with automation tools and proactive service improvement highly regarded.
