In this role, you’ll take ownership of the technical delivery and continuous improvement of key enterprise applications. You’ll oversee system operations, guide Systems Analysts, and work closely with vendors and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes.
Day-to-day, you will:
- Lead the technical delivery and BAU operations of Dynamics 365 CRM and Business Central.
- Provide hands-on configuration, troubleshooting, and support for system changes and integrations.
- Supervise and mentor Systems Analysts, providing technical leadership and development support.
- Manage escalations, ensuring timely resolution and minimal downtime.
- Coordinate with external vendors to ensure solutions meet internal standards.
- Oversee governance processes including documentation, testing, and release management.
- Ensure platform security, permissions management, and data integrity.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and champion best-practice approaches across systems.
- Support integrations and data flows between enterprise platforms.
- Communicate technical impacts and priorities clearly to stakeholders and leadership teams.
- Tertiary qualifications in IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience delivering and supporting enterprise applications, ideally in the Microsoft ecosystem .
- Hands-on expertise with Dynamics 365 CRM , Business Central , and the Power Platform .
- Demonstrated experience leading or mentoring technical staff.
- Strong understanding of change management, release management, testing, and documentation .
- Experience coordinating with vendors, managing escalations, and validating technical solutions.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and business teams.
