Our non profit client is looking for D365 Solution Engineer in Melbourne who is responsible for leading and managing the design, development, and support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) and Power platform solutions across the organisation. This role ensures the platform is leveraged effectively to meet business needs, drive digital transformation, and reduce reliance on external vendors.
About the role-
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the D365 capability expansion, including platform administration and in-house development.
- Develop and maintain a centralised operating model for D365 enhancements and support.
- Align D365 strategy with broader organisational goals, including system consolidation and cost optimisation.
- Leading technical discussions and providing strategic guidance on technology adoption across BSL suite of applications.
- Architect and implement solutions using D365 CE, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages), and Azure services.
- Manage release cadences, platform standards, and integration with other enterprise systems.
- Oversee data governance, security compliance, and accessibility standards within D365 implementations.
- Coordinate cross-training to reduce single points of failure and build team resilience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 development and administration.
- Expertise in Customer Insights and CRM modules.
- Proven track record of successful D365 implementations.
- Proven leadership in managing D365 technical teams and delivering enterprise-scale solutions.
- Strong proficiency in Power Platform, Azure DevOps, and integration services.
- Experience with accessibility standards and compliance frameworks
