The Role

We’re seeking an experienced Enterprise Platforms Technical Lead to take ownership of the technical delivery, configuration, and ongoing improvement of core enterprise systems — including Dynamics 365 Sales/CRM (Zavanti) and Dynamics 365 Business Central .

You’ll lead a small technical team, drive vendor coordination, and ensure the stability, security, and scalability of the organisation’s enterprise platforms. This is a hands-on leadership role where your technical expertise and structured approach will directly shape how systems evolve and support business operations.

What You Will Do
  • Lead the day-to-day technical delivery and operations of enterprise platforms.
  • Configure, troubleshoot, and enhance Dynamics 365 and Business Central environments.
  • Supervise and mentor Systems Analysts, guiding workload and development.
  • Manage escalated support issues, ensuring timely resolution and reduced backlog.
  • Liaise with vendors to ensure quality delivery and adherence to standards.
  • Oversee governance, testing, release management, and documentation processes.
  • Ensure data integrity, platform security, and permissions management.
  • Scope and deliver continuous improvement initiatives across enterprise systems.
  • Support integrations, upgrades, and environment management across D365 and Business Central.
  • Communicate technical impacts and progress to stakeholders in clear, accessible terms.
About You
  • Tertiary qualification in IT, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong hands-on expertise with Dynamics 365 CRM, Business Central , and Power Platform .
  • Proven experience in enterprise application delivery and support within the Microsoft ecosystem.
  • Skilled in release management, governance, and technical documentation.
  • Experienced in vendor management, issue escalation, and solution validation.
  • Confident technical leader with experience mentoring or supervising team members.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Passionate about technology’s role in improving service delivery and community outcomes.
