- Developing and delivering multi-channel communication and engagement strategies
- Designing and executing targeted communication campaigns across a variety of stakeholder groups
- Supporting change and transformation initiatives through effective communication planning and delivery
- Providing strategic communications advice to program leaders and executive stakeholders
- Creating high-quality communication materials, presentations, updates, and engagement content
- Measuring and evaluating communication effectiveness and continuously improving engagement approaches
- Collaborating with project, change, and business teams to ensure consistent messaging and stakeholder alignment
You are a strategic communications professional with a proven track record supporting large-scale transformation programs within complex organisations.
You will bring:
- Demonstrated experience leading communications and engagement activities within significant business or technology transformation programs
- Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and communication frameworks
- Experience developing and delivering integrated, multi-channel communication and engagement strategies
- Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills, including engagement with senior leaders and executives
- Outstanding written and verbal communication capabilities
- The ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery
- A proactive, collaborative approach and the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
