Change Manager (Part-Time)

We are looking for a highly experienced Part-Time Change Manager to support the delivery of a mobile application project within a blue-collar environment. This role plays a critical part in ensuring smooth adoption of the new platform by frontline tradespeople, site managers, and business leadership. You’ll be responsible for leading change strategies across a diverse group of stakeholders—from building site managers to senior executives.
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute a tailored change management strategy for the implementation of a mobile application used by field-based teams.
• Conduct stakeholder assessments, impact analysis, and readiness evaluations.
• Build strong relationships with both site-based teams and senior executives to ensure alignment and engagement.
• Develop clear, accessible communication plans and change collateral suitable for a blue-collar audience.
• Coordinate and deliver change workshops, toolbox talks, and briefings on-site as required.
• Track and measure adoption progress and address resistance or feedback with agility.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, business analysts, and operational leaders to align change activities with project milestones.

• Minimum 7 years of experience in Change Management roles, preferably in large-scale digital or mobile technology projects.
• Demonstrated experience working in blue-collar industries (e.g., construction, trades, manufacturing), with an understanding of site operations and field-based communication challenges.
• Proven ability to engage with a broad range of stakeholders, including frontline workers, site managers, and C-suite executives.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to work independently and flexibly across multiple locations (office and sites).
• Change management certification (e.g., PROSCI, APMG) and relevant tertiary qualifications desirable.

• $975 - $1,025 p/d.
• Initial 6-month contract.
• 2 days p/w initially (Workload likely to increase after first 4-5 months).
• Nearby Melbourne CBD location.
