Our financial sector client is looking for Digital Business Architect in Melbourne on contract basis.
About the role-
- This role blends business architecture with digital platform strategy to transform superannuation customer experiences through innovative, secure, and scalable technology solutions.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to define and align digital transformation goals with business strategy and regulatory compliance
- Develop and maintain a holistic view of business capabilities, mapping current vs future states and identifying transformation opportunities.
- Deliver value-stream mapping, capability modelling, operating model design, and aligning architecture to strategic objectives
- Collaborate across IT, data, security, and business teams to ensure alignment and adherence to enterprise architecture framework.
- Drive and make recommendations on business architecture/operating model between Indigo and DMET digital requirements e.g. whether there are existing Indigo contractual requirements we should put on hold given DMET is coming.
- Develop and review the DMET requirements that will need delivery from SS&C.
- Consulted on architecture/integration questions and other ad-hoc matters arising from the DMET or Indigo project.
- Make recommendations for the Indigo Program e.g. customer migration approach for new portals; consent/preference; CMS (content managed solution) and how it will work between IFL and SS&C.
- Provide input to design and rollout of the digital operating model (e.g. RACI, process change, contractual interpretation).
- Provide support for triage and backlog prioritisation (e.g. options analysis).
