We’re seeking an experienced Business Applications Manager to lead a high-performing team responsible for enterprise applications and digital solutions. This is a senior leadership role focused on driving technology strategy, delivering impactful system improvements, and ensuring exceptional service outcomes for internal stakeholders.

You’ll play a critical role in shaping the applications roadmap, optimising platforms, and enabling a customer-first, digitally driven environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach and develop a team of 10-12 application specialists
  • Define and execute the applications and digital experience strategy
  • Own demand management, prioritisation, and delivery of system enhancements
  • Ensure reliable operation, support, and continuous improvement of business-critical platforms
  • Partner with stakeholders across the organisation to drive alignment and value delivery
  • Build business cases and secure funding for strategic initiatives
  • Deliver projects on time, within scope and budget

About You:

  • Proven experience managing business systems or applications teams
  • Strong background in technology delivery, stakeholder engagement, and strategy
  • Experience with enterprise platforms such as ERP and CRM systems (Oracle, Salesforce are essential)
  • Commercially astute with the ability to balance long-term strategy and short-term priorities
  • A confident leader who thrives in ambiguity and drives outcomes
  • Passionate about customer experience, continuous improvement, and team development
