You’ll play a critical role in shaping the applications roadmap, optimising platforms, and enabling a customer-first, digitally driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach and develop a team of 10-12 application specialists
- Define and execute the applications and digital experience strategy
- Own demand management, prioritisation, and delivery of system enhancements
- Ensure reliable operation, support, and continuous improvement of business-critical platforms
- Partner with stakeholders across the organisation to drive alignment and value delivery
- Build business cases and secure funding for strategic initiatives
- Deliver projects on time, within scope and budget
About You:
- Proven experience managing business systems or applications teams
- Strong background in technology delivery, stakeholder engagement, and strategy
- Experience with enterprise platforms such as ERP and CRM systems (Oracle, Salesforce are essential)
- Commercially astute with the ability to balance long-term strategy and short-term priorities
- A confident leader who thrives in ambiguity and drives outcomes
- Passionate about customer experience, continuous improvement, and team development
- $250k - $300k salary
