Key Responsibilities
- Lead business analysis activities for system and application integration initiatives.
- Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements related to API and system integrations.
- Define and document data flows, integration touchpoints, and interface specifications.
- Work collaboratively with architects, developers, and third-party vendors to support integration design.
- Facilitate workshops to understand current-state and future-state processes and system interactions.
- Support data mapping, transformation logic, and integration testing activities.
- Ensure integrations align with enterprise architecture, security, and governance standards.
- Act as a key communication bridge between business teams and technical delivery teams.
- Support SIT and UAT activities, ensuring integrations meet business expectations.
Skills & Experience
- 5+ years’ experience working in dedicated Business Analyst roles.
- Strong hands-on experience delivering API-based integrations.
- Good understanding of data flows, data mapping, and common integration patterns (e.g. REST, event-driven, middleware).
- Ability to interpret and document technical integration concepts in business-friendly language.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working within Financial Services or Insurance environments would be beneficial.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in complex, fast-paced environments.
