We are currently seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support our client for a 3-month contract on Wave 1 of a Regulatory Assessment Transformation Program, assisting in establishing an AI-assisted regulatory assessment capability.
About the Role
The Business Analyst will work with business and project stakeholders to define business problems, understand current and future-state processes, elicit and document requirements, assess options and support delivery outcomes.
Key activities will include:
- Documenting business requirements and assessment criteria in a controlled Requirements Register.
- Analysing and mapping the BMP assessment process, including evidence requirements, decision points and governance controls.
- Working with assessors, Legal, leadership and other stakeholders to support engagement and prototype design.
- Supporting testing and validation activities.
- Developing the assessment guide and approved Copilot prompt library.
- Supporting scope clarification, risks, dependencies, decisions and delivery activities.
- Developing and maintaining BA artefacts including requirements, process maps, user stories, acceptance criteria and decision records.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Demonstrated experience working as a Business Analyst across projects.
- Strong experience in requirements elicitation, process analysis, process mapping and stakeholder engagement.
- Experience developing clear and fit-for-purpose business analysis documentation.
- Strong ability to work with Project Managers, business owners, SMEs, technology teams, vendors and senior stakeholders.
- Strong communication, problem-solving and stakeholder influencing skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities and operate effectively in an ambiguous and evolving environment.
- Experience supporting project planning, risks, dependencies and delivery outcomes.
- A degree in Business, IT, Business Analysis, Project Management or a related discipline, or equivalent demonstrated experience.
