You’ll take end-to-end ownership of analysis activities—from early discovery and business case development through to delivery—partnering closely with stakeholders across business and technology teams. This includes facilitating workshops, gathering and defining requirements, supporting solution design, and contributing to change and business readiness activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead requirements gathering, process mapping, and solution analysis activities
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions across the organisation
- Develop business cases, cost-benefit analysis, and ROI assessments
- Collaborate with IT teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Support process design, implementation, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Contribute to change management and stakeholder communication activities
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst within large-scale transformation programs
- Strong process mapping and process improvement capability (e.g. BPMN)
- Experience working in complex, cross-functional environments
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Ability to think strategically while delivering to tight timeframes
