Key Responsibilities:
- Lead business analysis activities across HRIS and Payroll projects.
- Conduct workshops and stakeholder interviews to gather and document requirements.
- Develop detailed as-is and to-be process maps.
- Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and user stories.
- Support solution design, testing, and implementation activities.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- 5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst.
- Proven experience delivering HRIS and Payroll projects.
- Experience with UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) highly regarded.
- Strong process mapping and documentation skills.
- Experience within Aged Care and/or Healthcare environments desirable.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Competitive daily rate of $750–$800 (including super).
- Initial 6-month contract with potential extension.
