We’re seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst to play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering a migration strategy for a major SD-WAN project. Working closely with internal technical teams and an external vendor (DELL), you’ll gather requirements, map out the approach, and piece together the strategy to ensure a seamless transition.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with technical teams and vendors to define the SD-WAN migration strategy
- Conduct in-depth requirements gathering and documentation
- Work with multiple vendors (Netskope, Cisco) to align technical and business needs
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions
- Pull together technical and business documentation to support project delivery
- Proven BA capability in technology-driven projects
- Experience in network infrastructure or architecture-related work
- Hands-on involvement in SD-WAN, Netskope, or Cisco projects
- Ability to bridge business requirements and technical execution
- Strong documentation and communication skills

- Location: Melbourne CBD – 4 days in office (3 for the perfect candidate)
