About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Automation Specialist
to join our team on a 6-month fixed term contract. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing and enhancing automation initiatives, with a strong focus on UiPath
, robotic process automation (RPA) management, and effective collaboration with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy automation solutions using UiPath and other RPA technologies.
- Manage and monitor robotic processes to ensure smooth operations and timely resolution of issues.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Oversee vendor relationships, ensuring delivery quality, performance, and compliance with agreed SLAs.
- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and maintenance of automation solutions.
- Prepare documentation, reports, and dashboards to track performance, efficiency, and ROI of automation initiatives.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by recommending enhancements and best practices for automation governance.
- Proven experience as an Automation Specialist / RPA Developer , with strong expertise in UiPath .
- Hands-on experience in managing, monitoring, and scaling robotic processes.
- Strong understanding of automation frameworks, workflows, and process optimisation.
- Experience in managing vendors and external service providers.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and diagnostic skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
- Experience in a large or complex enterprise environment is desirable.
