The role provides critical Level 2/3 functional support, troubleshooting, and minor configuration to ensure stable operations . It also contributes to testing, documentation, training, and vendor coordination to assist the Application Support team in managing the TechnologyOne BAU & Enhancements workload.
Key Responsibility Areas
- Provide second and third level application support to business users, focusing on the TechnologyOne modules (CES, P&R, OneCouncil).
- Perform functional triage and analysis of incidents and service requests, identifying root causes and implementing workarounds or permanent fixes.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors to resolve issues, coordinate patches, and apply system configurations and enhancements.
- A diploma or degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Experience providing application support in a local government or enterprise environment.
- Understanding and working knowledge of supporting and development in TechnologyOne Property & Rating and Ci Anywhere CES modules (Finance, Assets, Procurement) is highly desirable.
- Working knowledge of ITIL practices and ServiceNow or other ITSM platforms.
- Understanding of system configuration, integration, and support principles.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Exposure to Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate).
- SQL querying skills.
- Experience in Agile or DevOps environments.
- Experience with integration tools or APIs (advantageous).
