You will play a key role in defining analytics strategy, uplifting data maturity, establishing reporting standards, and delivering innovative solutions that improve business performance and operational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing analytics team.
- Own and enhance enterprise reporting and dashboarding capabilities using Power BI.
- Drive the adoption of self-service analytics and reporting standards.
- Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities to improve performance through data and insights.
- Oversee data governance, KPI frameworks, and reporting consistency.
- Support the ongoing development of the enterprise data warehouse and analytics platform.
- Deliver analytics initiatives that provide measurable business value.
- Proven experience leading analytics, BI, or reporting teams.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Commercially minded with the ability to translate business challenges into data-driven solutions.
- Experience managing multiple priorities and delivering outcomes in complex environments.
- Advanced experience with Power BI, SQL, Python, Snowflake, dbt, Git, and data modelling.
- Strong understanding of data warehousing, analytics architecture, and data governance.
- Experience delivering scalable reporting and analytics solutions.
