We are looking for an AI Developer to design, build, and support full-stack AI-enabled solutions that deliver business outcomes through software engineering, data, and applied AI.
Working across backend, frontend, and cloud technologies, you will contribute to LLM applications, RAG pipelines, AI agents, and workflow automation while following modern software engineering and DevOps practices. You'll also continue developing your capability with AI-assisted development tools and coding agents under the guidance of senior developers.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and support AI-enabled applications and automation solutions.
- Build and maintain full-stack applications using Python, .NET/C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, and React.
- Develop LLM-powered applications, RAG pipelines, AI agents, and workflow automation.
- Implement MCP and other integrations with enterprise systems and data sources.
- Assist with prompt engineering, retrieval logic, context handling, and model/tool interactions.
- Develop automated testing, monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting for AI-enabled solutions.
- Contribute to CI/CD, cloud deployments, containerization, and infrastructure automation.
- Apply security, privacy, and AI governance standards while participating in code reviews and documentation.
- Production AI applications using LLMs, RAG, AI agents, tool/function calling, and workflow automation.
- Cloud-native development on AWS and Azure, including Bedrock or Foundry, APIs, serverless, and containerized workloads.
- AI engineering practices including prompt design, evaluation, observability, performance tuning, and cost optimization.
- DevOps, CI/CD, automated testing, secure SDLC, and enterprise system integration.
- Degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Strong full-stack development skills using Python, C#, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
- Experience building production applications with LLMs and AI agent frameworks.
- Understanding of prompt engineering, vector search, context management, evaluation, observability, and AI performance optimization.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD, IaC, containers, and automated testing.
- Experience deploying AI solutions in the cloud, ideally using AWS Bedrock.
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools, coding assistants, and AI coding agents.
- A practical approach to evaluating and adopting emerging AI technologies.
- $800-850 p/d
- 6-month initial contract (possible extension)
