We’re seeking a highly skilled Agile Solution Architect and Integration Specialist to lead the design and delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performing technology solutions. This role plays a key part in shaping architecture strategy, driving system integration initiatives, and guiding Agile delivery teams to achieve business outcomes.
About the Role
In this position, you’ll take ownership of solution architecture design and end-to-end integration across diverse platforms and systems. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into actionable technical solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and best practices.
You’ll be hands-on in guiding Agile teams, influencing technology direction, and ensuring solutions are future-ready, secure, and aligned with organisational strategy.
What You Will Do!
- Design and maintain scalable, resilient, and secure solution architectures aligned with business needs.
- Partner with Agile teams to ensure architectural integrity and quality through iterative delivery.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and delivery teams to define and translate technical requirements.
- Evaluate emerging technologies to enhance performance, scalability, and integration capabilities.
- Ensure all designs comply with governance, security, and regulatory standards.
- Create and maintain detailed architectural documentation, including solution blueprints and data flow diagrams.
- Design and develop integration solutions using APIs, middleware, and other modern integration tools.
- Configure and optimise integration platforms to ensure seamless system connectivity.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve data flow and system interoperability.
- Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of integration patterns, mappings, and configurations.
- Drive continuous improvement in architecture and integration practices.
You’ll bring a blend of technical depth, strategic thinking, and strong collaboration skills, along with:
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect in Agile environments.
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), microservices , APIs , and integration technologies .
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) and DevOps principles.
- Proficiency in enterprise architecture tools and modelling languages (UML, ArchiMate).
- Experience with integration platforms such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Azure Logic Apps, or Informatica.
- Knowledge of integration protocols (REST, SOAP, FTP, JSON, XML).
- Strong scripting/programming experience (Java, Python, or JavaScript).
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Certifications such as TOGAF , AWS Certified Solutions Architect , or SAFe Architect .
- Background in digital transformation or large-scale enterprise environments.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines , containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes), and automation tools.
- Familiarity with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, HRIS, or Finance platforms).
- Understanding of data governance and master data management frameworks.
