The Role
We’re partnering with a leading healthcare organisation
seeking an experienced Unified Communications Specialist
to support and enhance their voice and collaboration platforms. This role is ideal for a Telecommunications Engineer
with deep expertise in Mitel
technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer, support and optimise the organisation’s Mitel UC environment (MiVoice, MiCollab, etc.).
- Lead the resolution of complex telephony and voice infrastructure issues across a multi-site healthcare network.
- Collaborate with internal IT and clinical teams to deliver reliable, high-availability UC services.
- Design and implement scalable voice and UC solutions aligned to clinical and business needs.
- Document technical changes and provide support and training to end-users as required.
- Strong experience as a Unified Communications or Telecoms Engineer .
- Demonstrated hands-on knowledge with Mitel platforms.
- Solid understanding of SIP, VoIP, voice gateways , and associated network protocols.
- Previous experience working in a healthcare environment is highly regarded.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote role.
