We are seeking a meticulous and results-driven Technical Business Analyst to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a technology professional with strong expertise in business process optimisation, digital transformation, and data-driven solutions. The role focuses on enhancing systems and processes within the Microsoft ecosystem, including property and tenancy management platforms and Business Central, to drive operational efficiency and support strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Process Mapping & Optimisation: Analyse and re-engineer business processes to improve efficiency, using industry-standard modelling and workflow automation approaches.
- Solution Design & Implementation: Lead design and implementation of technology solutions across Microsoft Dynamics 365, Business Central, Power Platform, and other systems. Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and secure.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, develop business cases, and deliver custom solutions. Facilitate workshops and bridge communication between business and technical teams.
- Data Management & Integration: Oversee data migration, cleansing, and integration. Design and document APIs and integration specifications for seamless system interoperability.
- Reporting & Analytics: Develop data models and Power BI dashboards to deliver advanced analytics, operational insights, and reporting solutions.
- Project Management: Lead and participate in system upgrades, integrations, and new implementations, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Technical Support & Training: Provide second-level support, troubleshoot issues, and deliver training programs to ensure staff proficiency.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay current with the latest Microsoft ecosystem features and implement innovative process improvements.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience). Relevant industry certifications are highly regarded.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally within not-for-profit or community sectors. Proven experience in digital transformation and business process optimisation.
- Strong skills in business process modelling, workflow automation, Dynamics 365, Business Central, Power BI, and Power Platform. Experience with APIs and system integrations. Familiarity with property and tenancy management systems is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills. Experience with Agile, risk mitigation, and change management.
