Client is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer
with strong expertise in the Customer Service Management (CSM)
module to join their growing team in Melbourne. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions that support business needs and improve service delivery.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions that support business needs and improve service delivery.
You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams including architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality ServiceNow functionality within a collaborative and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and develop ServiceNow solutions with a focus on the CSM module
- Work closely with business units to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Build and customize applications, workflows, forms, and integrations within ServiceNow
- Maintain and optimize existing ServiceNow functionality
- Ensure best practices and ServiceNow platform governance
- Conduct unit testing, system integration testing, and support UAT activities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow-related issues
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and recommend enhancements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer
- Proven experience with the CSM module (Customer Service Management) – configuration, workflows, portals, and integrations
- Strong understanding of ITSM processes and ServiceNow architecture
- Experience with scripting in JavaScript , REST APIs , and custom UI development
- ServiceNow certification(s) – especially Certified Application Developer or CSM-related certs – highly regarded
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
