Our construction client is looking for Service Desk Analyst, Melbourne based, short term engagement.

Position Title:
Service Desk Analyst
Location:  Dockland, near CBD, (4 days per week office)
Contract: 1-Month Contract

About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Service Desk Analyst to join our construction client on a short-term contract. This role will provide first-level IT support to users, ensuring smooth operations across Windows 11 environments. You will be supporting staff with day-to-day IT issues and troubleshooting requirements.
Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Level 1 IT support for end users, including hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
  • Manage and resolve incidents via phone, email, and in person.
  • Support Windows 11 operating system setup, configuration, and issue resolution.
  • Escalate complex issues to second-level support or vendors as required.
  • Document issues, resolutions, and maintain service desk logs.
  • Provide excellent customer service and clear communication to staff at all levels.
Key Requirements
  • Proven experience working in a Service Desk/IT Support role.
  • Hands-on experience with Windows 11 environments (essential).
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
  • Previous exposure to construction industry environments will be highly regarded.
Contract Details
  • Duration: 1 month, possible extension
  • Work arrangement: 4 days office/ week
  • Immediate start preferred
