The Role As a Senior Business Process Analyst, you will work closely with business stakeholders and the Change team to define, document, and analyse both As-Is and To-Be processes. Your insights will directly inform change impact assessments and enable the design of effective training and adoption strategies.
You’ll bring structure and clarity to complex environments, mapping processes across entire value chains and ensuring alignment across business functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Capture and document business processes using Level 4 and Level 5 BPMN standards
- Analyse and define As-Is and To-Be processes across functions and value streams
- Partner with stakeholders to understand business operations and transformation impacts
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to gather insights and drive alignment
- Support the Change team by providing detailed process inputs for change impact assessments and training design
- Ensure documentation is clear, structured, and fit for purpose
- Proven experience as a Senior Business Process Analyst within transformation programs
- Strong expertise in BPMN modelling (Level 4 & 5)
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Confident workshop facilitator, able to navigate complex discussions
- Highly methodical, detail-oriented, and structured in your approach
- Calm, pragmatic, and level-headed when working in fast-paced environments
- $900 - $950 p/d (including super)
- 6-month contract, high liklihood of extension
