Senior Cyber Security Administrator

We’re seeking experienced Senior Cyber Security Administrators
to join our Cyber Security team. You’ll play a key role in monitoring and analysing security events, implementing protective measures, and supporting our organisation’s mission to safeguard critical systems and data.
We have two exciting permanent positions
available, each with a specialist focus:
- SIEM Systems
- Privileged Access Management
What you’ll be doing
- Monitor and analyse security alerts and incidents using SIEM tools
- Investigate breaches, support incident response, and implement corrective actions
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
- Develop and enforce security policies, procedures, and best practices
- Manage and optimise security technologies (firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention, endpoint protection)
- Deliver security training and awareness programs across the organisation
- Stay ahead of emerging threats and recommend proactive security improvements
- 5+ years in Cyber Security, with strong incident detection/response experience
- Proficiency across security platforms: Microsoft 365, SIEM, email gateways, PAM, EDR, and vulnerability management tools
- Knowledge of ACSC Essential Eight & NIST CSF frameworks
- Experience with vulnerability management and penetration testing
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CEH) highly regarded
