This is a hands-on role requiring a highly capable scheduler who can operate confidently in a fast-paced construction environment, working closely with project managers, site teams, contractors and senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain and update detailed project schedules throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage day-to-day scheduling activities, ensuring accurate reporting of progress, milestones, dependencies and critical path activities.
- Work closely with project delivery teams to capture schedule updates and forecast project outcomes.
- Produce schedule analysis, progress reports and insights for project leadership and key stakeholders.
- Identify schedule risks, delays and opportunities, providing recommendations to support successful project delivery.
- Establish and embed best-practice project controls, scheduling standards and governance processes across the organisation.
- Support the ongoing maturity and capability of project planning and scheduling practices.
- Proven experience as a Project Scheduler within large-scale construction projects valued between $100M and $300M.
- Strong expertise using Microsoft Project, with experience in Primavera P6 highly regarded.
- Demonstrated ability to build and manage complex integrated project schedules.
- Sound understanding of project controls, governance frameworks and scheduling best practices.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence project teams and leadership.
- Comfortable working in a predominantly site-based environment during the initial stages of the engagement.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented and capable of managing competing priorities.
- $900 - $1,000 p/d
- Intial 6-month rolling contract

- This role will be predominantly on-site (4+ days p/w initially).
