This role will see you take ownership of a critical program of work, ensuring initiatives are delivered effectively, risks are managed, and stakeholders are aligned from frontline teams through to executive leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of a safety uplift program, driving outcomes at pace
- Establish and manage strong project governance, including risk, issues, and dependencies
- Provide clear, concise reporting and status updates for senior stakeholders, including Board-level audiences
- Engage and influence a broad range of stakeholders, including executives
- Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within people, culture, or transformation programs
- Strong governance and delivery capability, with a focus on outcomes
- Confident communicator, able to present clearly and escalate issues when needed
- Highly proactive, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and act with urgency
- Skilled at stakeholder engagement and influencing across all levels
- Experience in safety, risk, or OH&S-related programs
- Initial 12-month contract
- Circa $1,000 p/d
- Hybrid work enviornment (3 days p/w in office)
