As the Integration Project Manager, you’ll take ownership of planning, coordinating, and delivering integration activities across multiple platforms and applications. You’ll work closely with architects, technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless data flow, reliable system interoperability, and the successful deployment of new integration capabilities.

You’ll play a key role in shaping integration approaches, managing dependencies, and driving alignment across technical and non-technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of a complex integration project within a multi-stream transformation program.
  • Develop and manage project plans, delivery schedules, risk/issue logs, and governance documentation.
  • Oversee API-based integrations, ensuring designs meet business needs, performance requirements, and security standards.
  • Coordinate data flow and mapping activities, ensuring clarity of requirements and alignment across systems.
  • Collaborate with solution architects and technical teams to define integration patterns, interface specifications, and sequencing.
  • Manage integration testing activities, including SIT, end-to-end, and user acceptance support.
  • Maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders to manage expectations, clarify impacts, and facilitate decision-making.
  • Drive cross-team collaboration and manage dependencies across internal and external delivery partners.
  • Provide clear and consistent project reporting to senior stakeholders and steering committees.
What You’ll Bring:
  • 5+ years’ experience managing complex, transformational projects in enterprise environments.
  • Strong, hands-on exposure to API integrations and integration-heavy project delivery.
  • Solid understanding of data flows, mapping, interface design, and integration patterns (e.g., REST APIs, event-driven architectures, middleware).
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills, with the ability to drive outcomes across technical and business teams.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to quickly understand system dependencies and technical constraints.
  • Experience in financial services or insurance is highly regarded.
  • Project Management certifications (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, Agile) will be advantageous.
What's on offer?
  • $180,000 (including super).
  • Initial 12-month FTC.
  • Nearby Melbourne CBD location.
  • 2-3 days p/w in office.
