We are seeking experienced Construction Project Managers to partner closely with highly skilled Electrical Leads across major project sites. This role will focus on driving programme delivery, governance, reporting, scheduling, compliance, and stakeholder coordination across complex construction environments.
This is more than a traditional project management role — it is an opportunity to help uplift delivery maturity, introduce structured project management practices, and build scalable delivery capability within a fast-growing organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead project governance, planning, reporting, scheduling, and delivery coordination across major data centre construction projects
- Partner with Electrical / Technical Leads to ensure successful project execution
- Manage risks, dependencies, compliance requirements, and delivery reporting
- Drive programme discipline and structured project management methodologies across project teams
- Coordinate with builders, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders across multiple workstreams
- Support the uplift of project delivery capability, processes, and reporting standards across the organisation
- Navigate a hands-on construction culture and build trusted relationships with site-based teams
- Ensure compliance with both internal delivery standards and builder-mandated processes and systems
- Proven experience delivering large-scale construction or infrastructure projects, ideally within data centres, mission-critical environments, or complex industrial builds
- Strong foundational project management capability across governance, scheduling, reporting, risk, and stakeholder management
- Experience working within fast-paced construction delivery environments
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively across both corporate and site-based stakeholders
- Comfortable operating in practical, delivery-focused environments with strong trade and construction cultures
- Experience using Primavera P6, MS Project, Aconex, or similar construction delivery tools highly regarded
- Ability to bring structure, process, and delivery discipline while maintaining strong working relationships across teams
