Your leadership will be instrumental in ensuring the data migration strategy aligns with program objectives, technology standards, and business priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of a complex data migration project, ensuring scope, timelines, budget, and quality targets are met.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, migration schedules, risk logs, and status reporting.
- Coordinate technical teams working across data mapping, transformation, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation.
- Oversee data readiness activities and support the design of migration strategies, cutover plans, and contingency approaches.
- Ensure robust governance and documentation across the migration lifecycle.
- Partner with stakeholders to clarify requirements, address issues, and manage impacts on business operations.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure external partners deliver to expectations.
- Facilitate workshops, stand-ups, and steering forums to drive alignment and decision-making.
- 5+ years’ experience managing complex, transformational projects—preferably within enterprise-scale environments.
- Proven data migration project experience, with strong understanding of data platforms, ETL processes, and migration tooling.
- Exposure to Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, and Identity/SSO frameworks (highly desirable).
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills, with the ability to drive outcomes across technical and business teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and comfort navigating ambiguity in fast-moving environments.
- Experience in financial services or insurance is highly regarded.
- Relevant certifications in Project Management (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, Agile) are advantageous.
