You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders, provide strong governance, and steer the business through a period of significant transformation.

This role will suit someone who thrives in dynamic, complex environments and is confident influencing at the highest levels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and deliver the end-to-end change management strategy for a major transformation program.
  • Establish and lead governance processes to monitor readiness, adoption, and benefits realisation.
  • Develop integrated change plans and oversee their execution across multiple program streams.
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with senior leaders to drive sponsorship and commitment.
  • Provide clear, consistent reporting on change progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.
What You’ll Bring:
  • Significant experience leading change management for large, complex transformation programs.
  • Proven success designing and implementing change strategies that drive adoption and measurable outcomes.
  • Strong senior-level stakeholder engagement, influence, and communication skills.
  • Deep understanding of change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci).
  • Experience in financial services or insurance (highly desirable).
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Change Management, Project Management, Business, or related fields.

What's on offer?
  • $180,000 (including super).

  • Nearby Melbourne CBD location.
  • 2-3 day p/w in office.
