Key Responsibilities:
- Define and deliver the end-to-end change management strategy for a major transformation program.
- Establish and lead governance processes to monitor readiness, adoption, and benefits realisation.
- Develop integrated change plans and oversee their execution across multiple program streams.
- Build strong, trusted relationships with senior leaders to drive sponsorship and commitment.
- Provide clear, consistent reporting on change progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.
- Significant experience leading change management for large, complex transformation programs.
- Proven success designing and implementing change strategies that drive adoption and measurable outcomes.
- Strong senior-level stakeholder engagement, influence, and communication skills.
- Deep understanding of change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci).
- Experience in financial services or insurance (highly desirable).
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Change Management, Project Management, Business, or related fields.
