We’re looking for a Program Analyst who thrives on structure, collaboration, and driving meaningful outcomes through data, systems, and process excellence.
As a Program Analyst, you will support the successful delivery of complex programs and projects across the enterprise. Working closely with project teams, senior stakeholders, and technical specialists, you'll help manage reporting, financials, documentation, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives that are crucial to meeting strategic goals. Reporting to the Head of Delivery IT, your work will influence key business decisions and contribute to the seamless execution of enterprise-wide initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain accurate program status reports, tracking schedules, budgets, risks, and issues.
- Coordinate stream-level project reporting and financial forecasting.
- Manage program financials, including purchase orders, accruals, and invoicing.
- Maintain project documentation, including SharePoint management, document control, and access rights.
- Support program governance by maintaining change request, risk, issue, and dependency registers.
- Assist in onboarding new team members and coordinating systems and building access.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and support continuous improvement opportunities across delivery processes and methodologies.
- Provide administrative and operational support to ensure program milestones and deliverables are met.
What You Bring:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a program or project analyst role.
- Strong understanding of project management principles and delivery frameworks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and SharePoint.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Analytical, methodical thinker with great attention to detail.
- Strong research, reporting, and presentation abilities.
- Capable of working independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
