With 1,000 employees and a family-driven culture, this business is at a pivotal point in its technology journey — shifting from a legacy environment toward a modern enterprise model.

What You Will Do

As part of a small but capable IT team, you’ll work closely with the Head of Infrastructure and a Senior Infrastructure Architect to lead the transformation of their environment. This is a hands-on architecture role where you’ll be expected to design, implement, and deliver solutions that drive best practice, stability, and scalability across the organisation.

What you’ll be doing

• Leading infrastructure architecture and design, ensuring solutions are fit for purpose and future-ready.
• Driving the refresh of an aging environment with new Dell hardware, Citrix platforms, and modernised standards.
• Supporting branch, office, and warehouse migration projects while uplifting documentation, processes, and governance.
• Working across retail, supply chain, distribution, and warehouse systems — including a Pronto ERP environment and Adobe eCommerce rollout.
• Acting as a trusted advisor across the business, influencing both executives and technical teams.

• Proven Infrastructure Architect experience with strong project delivery exposure.
• Hands-on capability with Dell hardware, Citrix environments, Pronto ERP, and Microsoft technologies.
• Background in retail, distribution, warehouse, or logistics environments highly regarded.
• Experience with branch/office migration and supply chain distribution systems.
• Strong personality with the ability to engage stakeholders up and down the chain — clear communicator, confident in decision-making.
• Passion for best practices in architecture, documentation, and governance.
• A blend of technical depth and leadership — able to both strategise and roll up your sleeves.
