About the client-
Our construction client is looking for an experienced HR Data Analyst to join their HR Transformation program team. This role is responsible for collecting, analysing, and transforming data in preparation for migration to our new payroll, compensation and workforce management systems.

About the role:

Role & responsibilities:

  • ­Collect, clean, and analyse HR data from systems such as HRIS, ATS, LMS, and payroll platforms.
  • ­ Provide insights and recommendations to the project leadership on the HR data.
  • ­ Prepare and clean data required for the programs incoming systems.
  • ­ Ensure data integrity and compliance with data privacy regulations.
  • Collaborate with IT and HR teams to improve data infrastructure and reporting capability.
Key requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in HR analytics, people analytics, or a similar data-focused HR role.
  • Be an advanced user of MS Excel.
  • Experience with HR systems (e.g., Chris21, Kronos Workforce Central, SAP SuccessFactors, Workforce Software).
  • Knowledge of SQL for data querying and analysis.
  • Familiarity with data privacy regulations and HR compliance
